autumns’ breeze begins to chill
making passionfruit

this life is forgotten here
until our release.
tide ebbs to the east
the sun climbs towards the west
life is give and take
joyfully I stretch arms wide to catch the sunrise dark mind disappears
Her heart was a double chocolate,
Two scoops of ice cream,
Extra malt milkshake.
I leapt right in
And gulped it down –
My chest, cold cramped in pain.
Ice-cream freeze burned
the passion networks in my brain.
I’ll say this again –
Never rush a chocolate milkshake.
