It started as a murmur,
Deep in the still, cold, vacuum of space.
Now the asteroid burns with intent,
although it carries no malice of it’s own.
Is it a punishment, or a message
Sent by an omnipotent being?
A tool to clean the slate
So to speak.
Is it a random act of a chaotic universe?
Probably.
It does seem coincidental though…
Maybe it’s answering the scream;
The scream it seems
Not even the guests of this tiny planet
