  1. This is quite a powerful imagery – holding up one’s walls at the beginning, all tough. And then breaking and perhaps feeling free once that resistance is gone. It also speaks to me being in a tough relationship – you keep going at it, wanting to make things work. But sometimes someone or something will just slip away like that and perhaps you self-implode.

On a brighter note, enjoy all this warm weather, Andy. I saw on your Twitter today that you are at the beach 🙂 I went on a walk by the beach today, 29’C and it was cloudy. But I still got sunburnt, looking like a red prawn cracker now 😑😂

    • Glad you interpreted this way Mabel – I was also trying to say that it is sometimes very easy to defend yourself against physical harm or emotional abuse from people who do not matter to you. However, once you open your heart and somebody sees inside – you are vulnerable to anything, their rejection as well as their pain. 🙂 I am visualising a prawn cracker in shorts a singlet – kind of Sponge Bob Square Pants hahaha! I am melting here :/

You are correct. I look like a prawn cracker in shorts and singlets. Still a bit singed one week on :/ 😀

      • You can borrow anything I write Mabel – I would be honoured 😊🙏. Hahaha – aloe Vera is good for sunburn… At least it works on my old skin 😉😎🏖
